Yesterday was the premiere of The Family Hustle. TI puts me so much in the mind of what the Huxtable family would be like if they would have aired on television today. I think it’s great how TI and Tiny allow their kids to be kids and also how they’re teaching their kids the meaning of hustling.
The season premiere was hilarious, just like every episode from previous season have been. TI took his daughters, Zonnique and Deyjah, on a little father-daughter date to see what was going on in their lives. I recommend more fathers to try that especially if they have more than one daughter. Zonnique didn’t have any problems with telling it how it is and even flipped the script on TI and started asking him about a few things that was going on in his life. Deyjah was more so following the “Don’t Ask, Don’t Tell” policy, which I totally agree with. While TI and his girls were bonding, Tiny took the boys out for a day full of fun and excitement. The boys don’t do much talking, they prefer to go out and play laser tag and play a game of bowling. We all know that King and Major don’t have any problems with telling anyone whatever is going on in their lives. It was absolutely adorable and hilarious how Major talked about “dating” his little classmates. Since Messiah and Domani are both getting older, they’re more laid back and low key about their lives. But TI I’m sure TI has some clever ways. He definitely won’t have any problems with finding out what he wants and needs to know.
I definitely look forward to watching the entire season 4 of The Family Hustle on Monday nights at 10/9c on VH1 and will be making tweets occasionally during the rest of season. Make sure you do the same. #TalkIsh
