Last night on VH1 was the season premiere of Shaunie O’Neal’s new TV show, Shaunie’s Home Court starring her very own starting 5: Myles, Shareef, Shaquir, Me’arah & Amirah O’Neal. We’ve witness Shaunie from a Basketball wife perspective, but now we get a chance to witness her as a mother.
Shaunie’s Home Court is based on the life of Shaunie & her 5 children. Each child have their own unique personality & skill but one thing that they all have in common is their athletic ability – the O’Neals know how to ball, especially Shareef. The very first episode showcase the O’Neals’ love for the game of basketball as Myles, Me’arah & Amirah played against Shareef & Shaquir in front of their family & friends after Myles previously beat Shareef in a basketball shootout. Myles may have defeated Shareef once, but Shareef refused to be defeated a second time.
Raising a starting 5 of her own, Shaunie has two nannies, Keyonna & Robert to assist her with her children. These two aren’t your typical nannies, they’re part of their family & Keyonna is even considering starting a family of her own very soon. There’s never a dull moment in the O’Neals’ household. It’s interesting to see what each of Shaunie’s kids are like individually & how Shaunie manages to run her “court”.
Shaunie’s Home Court airs on Sundays at 10:30/9:30c on VH1.
