“Close friends in the grave, I seen the stinkin’ rain…stickin’ needles in my body, diabetes mane…the struggle of a young hustler, I can teach ya mane…cancer in & out my body, I can breathe again…(The Rain).”
To start off the New Year, Boosie Badazz has released a new album called In My Feelings. (Goin’ Thur It). From the very beginning, Boosie talks about a lot of battles & issues he’s been facing such as the time he spent in prison, his health, the death of loved ones & etc. As a matter of fact, Boosie inform his fans that he’s fresh out the hospital upon the making of In My Feelings. Goin’ Thur It.
Boosie gets very personal throughout the entire In My Feelings. (Goin’ Thur It) project. There’s a few songs that will make one fight back tears to just hear what Boosie is going through & what he has been through such as his single, Cancer where he speaks on being diagnosed with cancer & how cancer has affected a lot of family members of his. Boosie does seem to strong & ask for continuous prayers that like his prison sentencing, he can overcome cancer as well.
Not only is Boosie dealing with an illness, he also has a woman in his life that he cares dearly for but unfortunately there’s a lot of trust issues that the couple is dealing with that’s causing a lot of stress – hopefully they can work their issues out. Boosie also speaks on friends that he once trust but they betrayed him – mothers know best, listen to Warning Signs.
We sincerely send our deepest prayers to Boosie & his entire family as he defeat his battle with cancer.
