Lil Durk along with his DJ, DJ Bandz recently sat down with The Breakfast Club bright & early with a “double cup of coffee” to clear the air. Like Charlamagne normally does, he jumped right into the drama by asking Durk about his relationship with Dej Loaf. Without hesitation, Durk admit that he & Dej Loaf are an item but haven’t been intimate on a extreme sexual level at the time being & Durk doesn’t have a problem with it.
Durk went into talking about his latest album, Lil Durk 2X which was initially suppose to be a mixtape. Even though Durk wasn’t featured on Lil Durk 2X, Durk spoke on him & French Montana being brothers but it wasn’t exactly sure why French didn’t promote his album on social media like he did Gucci who album, Everybody Looking released the same day. But again, Durk indicated there wasn’t any hard feeling between him & French.
Next Durk talked about Chicago & it’s current music scene. He explained how there’s two different type of sounds the city has, one being the drill side & the other being as he put it, “Chance & them side” which he enjoys as well. He also briefly spoke on the Chicago making efforts of coming together & doing better for the youth.
Durk explained his recent tattoo of Black Lives Matter on his leg & the difference between police brutality & Black on Black crime. Speaking of violence, DJ Bandz was asked about his run-in where he was attacked intentionally while shopping alone & Durk assured that would never happen again & how DJ Bandz isn’t that type of guy. Durk & Bandz aren’t with the drama, they’re in LA living & enjoying life.
