Saturday, March 25th DA presents the 4th Annual This Is Life: Stop The Violence Event at The Salvation Army Adele & Robert Stern Red Shield Center located 945 W. 69th Street right here in Chicago from 12PM to 4PM hosted by Nia Kay & T-Star.
“This is Life” clothing line was founded by 14 -year-old Student, Rapper and CEO, Dorian Adams (DA) on December 2013, due to the overflow of violence in the City of Chicago. Dorian was inspired to write “This is Life”, a song to bring awareness to the ongoing issue of gun violence that he is exposed to every day. Following the creation of the song, Dorian was self-motivated to draw more attention to the “This is Life” movement by launching a clothing line. The idea was to physically have the people of Chicago represent the brand as walking billboards and spread the word by posting their photos via social media using the hashtag #ThisIsLife.
Now that you know more about DA & the This Is Life movement, not only will DA along with other influencers in Chicago bring awareness to the violence that has been occurring throughout the city, there will be This Is Life merchandise available for purchase & live performances by some of Chicago’s rising stars such as: KPhi-9, Jigga, Instanity, Deja, Royal Flush Dance Team, Legendary Kids, King Caesar & more. DA himself will also bless the stage.
Tickets are $10 in advance and $15 at the door. For more information call (773) 916-7059 or email: email@example.com. To join the This Is Life movement and stay updated with upcoming releases and events follow @ThisIsLifeclothing @Short_Sensation on Instagram and Facebook.

Do you know a teen who is interested in learning about History, Culture, Tourism & Entertainment over the Summer? Allow me to rephrase that question, do you know a teen who is interested in getting paid to learn about History, Culture, Tourism & Entertainment over the Summer? Yes you read that correctly, if you’re a teen, you can get paid to learn.
Recently, Museum 44 has officially announced their new partnership with After School Matters where they will be hiring students for their Summer program. Getting paid to learn sounds like the ideal job and experience to me – especially for teens.
Yesterday evening, I had the honor of attending the official Grand Opening of Diamond’s Sports Bar & Grill located 1413 W. 127th in Calumet Park hosted by Basketball Mom & Leading Lady Of Chicago, Nikki B.
Diamond’s Sports Bar & Grill was definitely the place to be last night as success was celebrated while the experience was captured – literally.
